Products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise specified. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return Process

Refunds

Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size, color, or product are handled similarly to returns. Customers must return the original item in its original condition, and Nova Mart will process the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
